ENP Head Office
The Head Office of ENP fulfils a crucial role within the entire functioning of the network.
Not only functions the Head Office as the coordinating centre, from where all information is assembled and distributed, but also, and amongst others, it provides the Executive Board with advices in regard to ENP's short and long-term policies.

Since 1st December 1999 Anita Wieman-Hesterman has been employed as Policy-Advisor/Coordinator on a full-time basis and for one day a week a part-time employer assists her.
To give the administration of the European activities of the ENP a truly international character, the Head Office strives to attract temporary members of staff out of the associated countries, who will work on special projects.

Below a numeration of the basic activities performed by the ENP Head Office:
- Assembly and distribution of all relevant information to internal and external target groups
- In co-operation with the Co-Presidents /Vice-Presidents redacting recommendations for the general policy of the ENP
- In co-operation with the Co-Presidents and responsible cluster coordinator redacting the activity plans per associated country
- Setting up planning for all activities which should be performed
- Setting up an actual data base
- Management of knowledge documents
- Setting up an archive which is accessible for all the ENP members
- Interim evaluations about the progress of the planned activities
- If required support in case of bottlenecks regarding the planned activities
- Setting up Seminars and Trainings
- Support by the organisation of ENP's conferences, symposiums, round table meetings etc.
- Together with the Co-Presidents and Vice Presidents performing periodical and final evaluations
- Working visits to networks in the associated countries
- Representation of the ENP during conferences, seminars and congresses etc.
- Final editor and designer of the ENP magazine ENP-News
- Final editor of the ENP web site
- Final editor of all publications
- PR-Activities
- Lobbying activities
- Financial management.
